Trade shows and congresses: turning three days on site into results
The sector’s major shows set the commercial calendar: Eurosatory and Euronaval in even years, the Paris Air Show in odd years, plus space congresses and specialist shows. We prepare what makes a presence worthwhile: a clear message, a readable stand, approved materials and films, and content before, during and after.
For exhibitors
- Goals and targets: which visitors, which delegations, which meetings.
- Message and staging: what a visitor should grasp within ten seconds in front of your stand.
- Materials: stand graphics, brochures, product sheets, presentations, films and 3D animations, approved by export control.
- Before the show: invitations, LinkedIn and email campaigns, meeting scheduling.
- After the show: follow-ups, wrap-up content, measurement of the contacts made.
For organisers
We also work for organisers: brand platform, website, materials and show communications, as for SIAE, or bid books to host a congress, as for Toulouse’s winning bid for COSPAR 2030.
What we don’t do
- We do not build stands: we design graphics and content, and work with the stand builder of your choice.
- We do not handle delegation logistics (travel, accommodation).
How we work
We work in two ways: per project, on a quote based on your brief, or as an ongoing partnership on a fee basis. For a first diagnosis, we offer a €2,500 audit, credited against the assignment if you go ahead.
Frequently asked questions
When should we start preparing a show?
Three to six months ahead for a stand, longer if a film or 3D animation has to be produced and approved.
Should a stand film have sound?
Rarely: it must work without sound, with subtitles or on-screen text.
