Corporate communications: reporting, rallying, explaining

Annual reports, integrated reports, product presentations and internal campaigns share one goal: helping demanding audiences understand what an organisation does and why it matters. We design them for space and defence manufacturers and public bodies, from editorial line to layout and digital release.

What makes a good report in this sector

  1. A common thread: one idea that organises the whole, rather than a chapter per department.
  2. Verifiable evidence: dated figures, milestones reached, results, and no unverifiable claims.
  3. An agreed level of detail: what can be said about programmes and customers is decided early, not at the proof stage.
  4. A digital edition: a PDF-only report reaches few people; a structured web version is also easier for AI engines to read.
  5. A schedule that holds: the report must be ready for the AGM or trade show it is meant for.

Compared with consulting firms

More and more annual reports go to consulting firms that combine strategy, change management and communications. Our difference: an in-house editorial and creative team that produces the work itself, and knowledge of the sector’s constraints. For a major transformation, pairing a consulting firm with an agency is often the best option, and we are happy to work that way.

Our limits

  • We do not produce financial statements or non-financial indicators: we present and explain them, using data approved by your teams.
  • We publish nothing about a programme without your leadership’s written approval.

How we work

We work in two ways: per project, on a quote based on your brief, or as an ongoing partnership on a fee basis. For a first diagnosis, we offer a €2,500 audit, credited against the assignment if you go ahead.

Frequently asked questions

When should an annual report project start?

Usually four to six months before publication, to allow for the editorial line, interviews and approvals.

Do you produce the English version?

Yes, as an adaptation rather than a straight translation.

Does the report need to be accessible?

For a public body, the digital edition must comply with RGAA, France’s accessibility standard; we build it in from the start.
