Confidentiality and security

Confidentiality and security: how we handle your information

All information a client shares with us is treated as confidential by default. We sign an NDA before any sensitive exchange, restrict access to the people assigned to the project, and publish nothing without written approval. We do not handle classified information.

What we handle, and what we don’t

Classified information (Secret, Top Secret)Not handled

Our commitments

  1. An NDA signed before the first sensitive exchange.
  2. A named team: every project has a list of authorised people, shared with the client.
  3. Technical and CAD files stored in a dedicated, unshared project space, and deleted at the end of the project on request, with written confirmation.
  4. No client data entered into a public AI tool without your written consent.
  5. Our management and email tools hosted in France.
  6. Written client approval before any publication, including on the agency’s own social media.

3D renders and export control

A technical visual can reveal performance, architecture or a process. For military equipment or dual-use items, that visual, or the data used to create it, may fall under an export control regime. In the EU, dual-use items are governed by Regulation (EU) 2021/821.

We do not make these calls for our clients: we raise them at the briefing stage and have every technical visual approved by your export control officer before release, including at trade shows.

Artificial intelligence

We use AI tools for some research and drafting tasks, under human control. Content published on this site is reviewed, approved and signed by a team member. In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, applicable since 2 August 2026, we disclose AI use where the regulation requires it.
