Approach
Our approach: a clear framework from day one
Every assignment starts with a framework: what we do, what we don’t, who signs off and when. It matters all the more in a sector where some information is protected and decisions involve several departments.
The first 90 days
Weeks 1-2
NDA, interviews, document collection, identifying approvers
What you receiveBriefing note: goals, audiences, constraints, timeline
Weeks 3-6
Audit, competitor and visibility analysis, workshops
What you receiveDiagnosis and strategic recommendation
Weeks 7-12
First production and approvals
What you receiveFirst deliverables and a six-month action plan
Governance
- One project director, your day-to-day contact.
- An approval committee defined at the briefing stage: communications, engineering, legal, security and export control where needed.
- Regular progress meetings and a shared timeline aligned with your milestones.
How we work
We work either per project, on a quote based on your brief, or as an ongoing partnership on a fee basis. For a first diagnosis, we offer a €2,500 audit, credited against the assignment if you go ahead.
Agency or in-house team?
An agency is not meant to replace your communications team: it adds production capacity, an outside view and experience from other organisations in the sector. The best model is often mixed: your team keeps the relationships and programme knowledge, the agency handles brand strategy, creative work and peaks in activity.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools for some research and drafting tasks, always under human control and never with client data without written consent. See our Confidentiality and security page.
Let’s talk about your project
Tell us what you need in a few lines, without sensitive information: we will get back to you within two working days. Where needed, we sign an NDA before going into detail.
